Terms of Service

1. The service

Juno is an AI-powered app builder. You describe what you want, our agent generates project files, and the result runs in your browser via WebContainers. The service is provided on an "as is" basis while we are in beta.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Juno.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Juno to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Bypass rate limits or credit allocations, or resell access without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with Juno.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of the prompts you submit and the code Juno generates for you. You grant Stone Street Group LTD a limited license to process your prompts and outputs solely to operate and improve the service. AI-generated code is provided without warranty — review it before shipping to production.

5. Third-party services

Juno integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic), authentication providers (Google), and runtime services (StackBlitz WebContainers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. Beta & changes

During beta the service may change, break, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. We may modify or discontinue features and adjust these terms; material changes will be communicated to registered users.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juno is provided without warranties of any kind. Stone Street Group LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using Juno at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Stone Street Group LTD's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
